Let me premise this by saying I’ve never been to Baltimore, but then again I’ve never been to Gomorrah either. An old roommate of mine was, however, from Washington, DC, and he painted a less than lovely picture of the city (well he, and every other piece of media I’ve seen on the city for the past century or so).
