On Newspaper

Let me premise this by saying I’ve never been to Baltimore, but then again I’ve never been to Gomorrah either. An old roommate of mine was, however, from Washington, DC, and he painted a less than lovely picture of the city (well he, and every other piece of media I’ve seen on the city for the past century or so). Jason Santa Maria and Cameron Moll have each posted the second installment in their ongoing design project for the National Gazette . (In case you missed it, the first installment was about the logo design .) This round is about the page layout as a whole. They knew the final layout would be a composite of their two designs, so they intentionally took different directions.
