On Management

When I think of Project Management and the people in PM roles, I think of strong, confident people that have great initiative to motivate the people around them. In an episode of “Star Trek” (maybe you remember it), the senior offices of the Enterprise were contaminated by low-level radiation from a comet, which caused them to age rapidly and prematurely.
